The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.140 of 2013, on the file of the Tisaiyanvilai Police Station, Tirunelveli District. She filed this application, in which, seeking a relief to transfer the investigation regarding the above said case from the second respondent police to any other nearby police station. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) made a submission that as of now, the investigation has been completed in Crime No.140 of 2013 and the charge sheet has also been filed on 10.02.2018, before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri.
