ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 113 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.P.Aathimoola Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent have no objection for condoning the delay. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 113 days, however, on payment of costs. 5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench 2/3
