ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 & R2.

2. On going through the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, I am more than convinced that a private dispute involving R3 & R4 is sought to be given a different color. As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ Court cannot grant any relief. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil court for appropriate relief.
