ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 13.12.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had earlier filed a petition in W.P(MD)No.16261 of 2022 and this Court, vide order dated 24.08.2022 directed the survey authority, after issuing notice, to conduct enquiry and if any objection is raised by the other side without any basis, the survey authority was directed to measure the property. As per the order of this Court, the property was measured and boundary was fixed. He would further submit that thereafter, when the petitioner was attempting to fence the property, the third respondent along with his men obstructed the fencing work. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, CSR No.02 of 2022 has been 2/4

registered and the same is pending before the second respondent. 3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 13.12.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of ten days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
