ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 9 and recover money by considering petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2024 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents on 16.08.2024, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner notice under Section 179 and 94 of BNSS was sent to the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 30.11.2024. 2/4

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry on 30.11.2024 and on his apperance the respondent police is directed conclude the same within a period of two months from 30.11.2024.

5. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
