2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner deposited the cost of Rs.25,000/- and he has filed a cost memo dated 06.01.2026 to that effect and also produced the receipt issued by the High Court Legal Services Committee, Madurai. The said memo is recorded.
