JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Writ Appeal has been directed against the interim order dated 27.09.2023 passed in W.P.(MD)No.19501 of 2023. 2.The learned Single Judge passed interim order granting relief to the writ petitioner only in respect of fasli year ie., 1433 until June 2024. The writ petitioner was also granted liberty to submit a petition before the Joint Commissioner and in the event of filing any such petition, the Joint Commissioner shall take appropriate action for the same.

3.Since such liberty has been granted to the writ petitioner by way of interim order, the present Writ Appeal becomes unnecessary and if at all any further claim is to be made, the writ petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate 2/4

petition. However, the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowment Department, Dindigul District / 2nd respondent is directed to strictly comply with the directions issued by the learned Single Judge in the impugned order, more specifically in paragraph No.4. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
