Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2024.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given a representation on 28.10.2024, seeking to uphold his rights as a 'Poosari' in the Arulmigu Muthumariamman Temple, situated at K.Pudur, Dindigul District.

4. Section 63(e) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act entitles a person to make an application before the Joint Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner concerned for recognition of their rights, including poosariship. Therefore, the petitioner shall approach the second respondent herein by making a necessary application under Section 63(e) of the Act.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
