This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the enquiry was conducted and both the sides came to a compromise. Accordingly, the compromise was recorded and the enquiry was closed on 22.02.2024. The copy of the report was also placed before this Court.
