ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the case in M.C.No.(A2) 481 of 2011, dated 11.08.2011, on the file of the Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Aruppukkottai (2nd respondent).

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this criminal original

petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
