PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to execute the conviction warrant issue against the R3 dt.3/9/2022 in STC No.209/2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru dt.3/9/2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to execute the conviction warrant issue against the R3 dated 03.09.2022 in S.T.C.No. 209 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru dated 03.09.2022.

2.For the purpose of executing judgment of conviction and sentence this petition has been filed. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that warrant has been issued in the month of January 2023. He would further submit that on search it was found that the accused is not residing in the address given in the judgment. If it is so, the petitioner can very well share the information about the whereabouts of the accused to the second respondent herein to execute the warrant.
