Cancelling the promotion given to the third respondent on 28.10.2022, the petitioner has been promoted vide order, dated 24.03.2023. Further, the direction to the second respondent that the promotion order, dated 24.03.2023 be given effect from 28.10.2022 with retrospective effect with all service and monetary benefits has been complied with. In view of the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
