ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the third respondent from issuing patta in favour of the fourth respondent. According to the petitioner, a revision petition is pending before the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that patta had already been issued in favour of the fourth respondent recently. A copy of the proceedings issued by the Tahsildar, Kariyapatti has also been placed before this Court.
3.The third respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Before passing order on the petitioner's representation, the third respondent will hear all the interested parties. The first respondent is also directed to dispose of the petition mentioned revision 2/4
petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
