ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to reconstruct and restore the service road and bridge in the public pathway situated at R.Kollapatti, Gujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2022. 2.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4.The petitioner made a representation dated 04.11.2022 to the respondents to reconstruct and restore the service road and bridge in the public pathway. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 5.The learned Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2022 will be considered by the respondents and necessary order will be passed on merits and in accordance with law.

6.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording sufficient opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
