O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct an enquiry by complying the order of 1st respondent, vide his proceedings in N.Dis.C.No.A4/5312/2022, dated 13.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- from one Ashok at the rate of 5% per month and he paid more than Rs.60,00,000/- as interest. The said Ashok, threatened the petitioner to pay further Rs.20,00,000/-. Further, the said Ashok gave a false complaint against the petitioner and her husband, for which also, they appeared before the respondent Police. At that time of enquiry, the petitioner made a complaint against the said Ashok on 11.06.2022, for claiming exorbitant interest on the loan amount. The first respondent, vide his proceedings in N.Dis.C.No.A4/5312/2022, dated 13.07.2022, directed the second respondent to conduct an enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner.

3. The leaned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, now the enquiry is still pending.

4. Considering the submissions made by the both side counsels, let the above said complaint be enquired on its own merits, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties and complete the same within a period of fifteen days (15) from the date of appearance of the parties.

5. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
