ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the second respondent not to harass him and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint of the second respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 05.08.2024 advicing the parties to approach appropriate forum.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is open to the defacto complainant to challenge the closure report before the appropriate forum.
