ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.12.2022, from the file of the second respondent Police to some other independent investigation agency like CBCID.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.673 of 2022 was registered and that both the parties were summoned to appear before the respondent police on 23.12.2022 and that the enquiry is pending.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the respondent police. 4.Recording the said submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear for enquiry before the second respondent police and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law.

5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
