ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.03.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.49 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 19.03.2025, while the respondent police was conducting a vehicle check on the Trichy-Chennai bypass road near the Kariyamangalam, two individuals were found standing with trolley bags. Upon seeing the police, they attempted to escape from the spot. However, the respondent police apprehended them. During the enquiry, it was observed that the petitioner/A3, who was standing near the place of occurrence and monitoring the situation, tried to flee away from the scene, but, however, he was also apprehended by the respondent police. The enquiry of the apprehended accused revealed that the 1st accused, who is the son of the petitioner/A3, was found in possession of 11 kg of ganja, and the 2nd accused was found in possession of 11.800 kg of ganja. In total, 21.800 kg of ganja were seized from their bags.

Hence, the present case. 3.Earlier the petitioner approached this Court. This petitioner and other accused found in possession of 21.800 kilogram of ganja i.e.,commercial quantity. This Court on 22.08.2025 passed a detailed order and also considering the previous antecedents of 7 cases, dismissed the bail application. There is a specific finding that the petitioner has not satisfied the ingredients of Section 37 of the NDPS Act.

4.In view of the above this Court finds no change of circumstances to entertain this petition.
