ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Pavithra, D/o.Sivakumar, aged about 17 years and hand over the custody of the detenue to the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the respondent police has taken steps and produced the detenue before this Court and the custody of the detenue has been handed over to the petitioner and the other directions given by this Court is being scrupulously followed by the respondent police.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
