via recruitment by transfer in accordance with Tamil Nadu Medical Service - Part II - Branch II - Nursing, Rules within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader placed on record the instructions that have been received from the second respondent. In view of the above said communication addressed by the second respondent to the first respondent, recommending inclusion of the petitioner's name in the proposed panel, the prayer sought in this writ petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the fact that the petitioner's name has been included in proposed panel and the communication of the second respondent in e.f.vz;.9752/ep5/2024 dated 18.09.2025, this Writ Petition stands 2/4

disposed of.No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
