This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2024 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent or any other competent agency.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.133 of 2024 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed through e-filing on 10.11.2024 in E filing No.LTN 20220001496202400302.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If the petitioner aggrieves with regard to any of the fact and particulars, which has not been considered properly during investigation, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate petition before the trail Court.
