ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent herein to approve her appointment.
2. According to the writ petitioner, she was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher by the fourth respondent Management on 22.06.2016 (wrongly mentioned as 22.06.2023 in prayer). A proposal was forwarded by the Management to the first respondent herein on 01.07.2023 to approve her appointment. However, so far no orders have been passed. Hence, the present writ petition.

Considering the above said facts, without expressing any opinion on merits, the first respondent herein is directed to pass orders on the proposal forwarded by the School Management on 01.07.2023 and the clarification, dated 11.08.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
