ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to file final report in Crime No.134 of 2022, dated 09.09.2022, on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, investigation is pending. He would further submit that four months time may be granted for filing a final report before the jurisdictional Court. 3.Recording the said submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.134 of 2022 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
