This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.48 of 2021 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai.

2.Mr.N.Syed Ali, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) are before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the respondent police has filed the charge sheet before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.48 of 2021. On 23.01.2025, the proceedings in C.C.No. 48 of 2021 was disposed of.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
