This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the Sections as 366A and 376 of IPC in Crime No.52 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, closed the case on 24.02.2014 as "Action Dropped.''
