ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/3

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.17/2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 is the husband of the defacto complainant. The marriage had taken place during March, 2024. There was some matrimonial dispute on the allegation that the accused persons demanded dowry and had threatened and also abused the defacto complainant. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 4.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that matrimonial dispute is involved in this case and custodial interrogation may not be required in this case, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to follow the procedure adumbrated under Section 35 of BNSS Act. 5.In the above terms, this petition stands disposed of. sd/- 26/11/2024 / TRUE COPY / /12/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
