4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19740 of 2022, dated 08.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
