Side), on instructions, would submit that after conducting proper investigation, further action has been dropped in this case. 4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
