The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.08.2025 and to register the case.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent had conducted an enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner and since it only disclosed a civil dispute, the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-registration of FIR, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
