O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent and requested him to grant permission for conducting "Pongal Thiruvizha" festival followed by cultural programs including the dance programme (Adal Padal) schedule to be at 06.00 pm on 15.01.2023 at Arulmigu Sri Navaneetha Krishnan Thirukovil at Vembathur Village, Sivagangai District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,23.12.2022), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
