ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his representations, dated 06.12.2022 and 19.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the property in dispute is owned by the petitioner and that the third respondent is a real estate owner, who is forcing the petitioner to sell the property. He would further submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 19.12.2022, is pending for enquiry.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
