PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on bail in CC No.780/2023, on the file of the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (NDPS Court), Madurai in Crime No.54/2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kodaikanal Police Station, Dindigul District. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.03.2023 for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) and 22(C) of NDPS Act in Crime No.54 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were in illegal possession of 1.100 kgs of Ganja and 100 grams of mushroom which is a commercial quantity. Hence, the complaint.

3. This is the second application for bail and the earlier petition for bail was dismissed on 14.06.2023 and even after the dismissal of the earlier petition there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition, hence the petition stands dismissed.
