ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 & R2. Issuance of notice to R3 is dispensed with.

2. It is seen that the name of the 3rd respondent has been included as joint pattadhar in respect of the petition mentioned property. Contending that such mutation should not have been made, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent. The first respondent had taken cognizance of the petitioner's appeal and issued enquiry notice. Copy of the enquiry notice dated 21.09.2023 has been enclosed in the typed set of papers.

3. I fail to understand as to why the petitioner should have rushed to this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner wants this Court to direct the first respondent to conduct enquiry by following the guidelines issued by the Commissioner of Land Administration. There is no reason as to why the first respondent will not do so. The apprehension of the petitioner appears to be misplaced. There is no cause of action for filing this writ petition.
