2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State would submit that the case has been completed and the same has been disposed on 23.06.2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli. Hence, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.
