The petitioners herein are the respondent nos. 2 to 5 in M.C.No.35 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivakasi. They filed this application to call for the records pertaining to the above said M.C. and quash the same.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.03.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 14.03.2018. 3.Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
