Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S DHILIPAN PANDIAN R L, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time for compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17780 of 2022, dated 06.10.2022.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on condition that apart from the condition imposed by this Court, by order, dated 06.10.2022, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the credit of Legal Aid Services of the concerned Court and no further extension is permitted.
