A similar order was passed in a similarly situated person in W.P(MD) No.20363 of 2021, dated 06.01.2022, as against which, the State preferred writ appeal in W.A.(MD)No.264 of 2022. The Division Bench of this Court granted interim order in the similar type of writ petition. Further in the present writ petition, as against the order passed by this Court, the State preferred a writ appeal with condone delay application in W.A(MD)SR No.1219 of 2023 and the condone delay application is pending.
2. In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and the Contempt Petition is closed.
