ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.1 to furnish the list of candidates not joined joined and left duty in the provisional selection list of Forest guard with Driving License in pursuance to the provisional selection list issued by the respondent No.2 dated 24.04.2025 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2025 within the time period stipulated by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent had placed on record the communication forwarded by him to the second respondent in reference No.AB2/9028/2025, dated 16.09.2025 informing the second respondent the details of candidates who have joined duty, have not joined duty and left after joining. 2/4

In view of the same, it is now incumbent upon the second respondent to further process the reserve list for the vacancies that had arisen out of non-joining and the candidates who have left after joining. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to process the reserve list in view of the letter of the first respondent indicated above. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
