ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to file a final report in Crime No. 211 of 2021, dated 03.12.2021, on the file of the second respondent police by conducting further and proper investigation.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that though the FIR in Crime No.211 of 2021 was registered for the offence under Section 174(3) Cr.P.C., the Section was subsequently altered as Section 306 IPC on 20.12.2021 and that the accused was secured. He would further submit that the investigation is in progress.

3.Recording the said submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.211 of 2021 and file final report, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
