JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Challenging is made to the order of the writ Court dated 23.09.2024 in WP(MD) No.22596/2024.

2. The observation of the learned Single Judge in the order in the writ petition that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the letter and seeks for any copy, he can only approach the concerned authorities cannot be found fault with, since the petitioner has a remedy to obtain such copies under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005. Hence, no interference is required to the order of the writ Court. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
