2. The petitioner seeks provision of electricity service connection for his residential premises. It appears that an objection has been received.

3. The second respondent shall go into the issue and take a call in the matter. If the objection is sustainable, the petitioner will be informed accordingly. If the objection is unsustainable, service connection shall be provided. This exercise one way or the other shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
