This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in M.C. (A2).No.496 of 2011, dated 24.08.2011 on the file of the Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Aruppukkottai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State. 3.3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
