This Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment, dated 26.05.2025 in S.C.No.299 of 2017, on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State and also perused the records.

3.Considering the quantum of delay and the reasons assigned, the delay of 39 days in filing the Criminal Appeal, is condoned and accordingly, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
