ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to alter the value of the petitioner's stolen tractor and tipper as Rs.6,49,020/- instead of Rs.3,00,000/- registered in the F.I.R.in Crime No.164/13 by the first respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that FIR in Crime No.164/13 was closed as action dropped on 14.07.2013 itself. Thereby, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.
