This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.128 of 2023 dated 18.08.2023 pending on the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent or any other competent authority on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and further action was dropped.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
