This petition is filed to condone the delay of 87 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. Though notice served on the 1st respondent and her name is printed in the cause list, none appeared for her. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the 2nd respondent has got no objection for condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 87 days, however, on payment of costs.
