The petitioner herein is the accused in C.C.No.56 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track, Srivilliputhur. He filed this application to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2279 of 2013 which was filed by the respondent in the course of trial proceedings in C.C.No.56 of 2013.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the status report submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Srivilliputhur was perused. As per status report, on 25.11.2013 itself, the above said C.C.No.56 of 2013 has been disposed of. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
