ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and further direct the second Respondent to follow the guidelines of the Hon'ble Apex Court formulated in the Judgment reported in AIR 2014(SC)2756 Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the second respondent has registered the FIR in Crime No.27 of 2022, as against the petitioners. 2/4
