This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2023. 1/4

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the representation was sent on 03.10.2023, so far no action has been taken by the respondents.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that so far, the representation send by the petitioner is not received by the second respondent. 5.Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent herein and give fresh representation and on such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of the representation given by the petitioner.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
