Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to Detention Order passed by the second respondent in H.S.(M)Confdl No.147/2023, dated 18.10.2023 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and nonapplication of mind and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue by name Theivakannan, S/o.Sudalaikannu Thevar aged about 35 years, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court and set him at liberty.
